	Boxed lunches have become a new reality for many businesses. The key is to control risks while taking care of your people. We take a chore and turn it into the highlight of everyones day! 1. Quality: We make everything from scratch. Especially and including the bread. 2. Dependability: We have been in business for over 26 years now and have earned a reputation for amazing food and service. 3. Attention to detail: We can all make a difference in the little things that we do. From making everything from scratch, sourcing locally when we can, supporting local at every opportunity to using sustainable packaging, it matters. 4. Variety: The favorites will stay, but our menu will change with the seasons. Just like you, we want to keep it fresh and fun. Make us a part of your rotation and we will keep it frsh and exciting!
	Rule #1 The Bread makes the Sandwich This is sadly overlooked by many. It is not just bread, it is the foundation upon which the Sandwich is built. We make a classic, European style slow fermented sourdough bread, not the tangy San Francisco style. The only ingredients in our bread is King Arthur flour, water and a little bit of sea salt. That is all. After much tasting and testing we have switched to a much thicker slice for our bread. Yes, it doubles our cost, but the flavor experience is wonderful. This makes for a much heartier and enjoyable Sandwich. As the seasons progress, we will be offering up a different bread/sandwich. There is actually sound science that shows fermented sourdough bread is safe for many that are gluten intolerant.
	Rule #2 The Side Makes the Meal Many consider the side dish as a bulk filler for the box and throw in chips or a factory made side dish. Not here at Best Regards. Think back to family reunions and pot luck dinners. Some of the most memorable foods were side dishes. 	Rule #3 Don't Forget the Dessert The standard dessert that come free with every Box Lunch at Best Regards is a full size piece of our Gooey Butter Cake. Invented in St. Louis, but perfected in KC is how we announced it about 10 years ago. We had more than a few STL transplants come in, all worked up. Once they tried it they understood. We make it from scratch like they used to about 20 years ago. Most over there now use yellow cake mix and corn syrup which does not mesure up.
	Rule #4 Always Ask About Upgrade Options Sometimes you need an upgrade to let them know they are really appreciated. Sometimes it is bcause of what you are about ask of them. Either way, we got this. We have over a dozen different ¼ lb Cookies that have helped to make us famous! Upgrade to one of these beasts for just $1.50 more.
Do you need some assistance for special requests? We can probably help with that as well. We make our salad dressings from scratch and only use hearts of romaine lettuce for our salads. They have quite the loyal following. We also have a vegetarian sandwich that is pretty good.
