A Uniquely Best Regards Event
Every week this summer Cherrie & Robert will create a Prix fixe menu of our favorite foods. While these meals are not really economically feasible for us to serve every day, we can make this for our closest friends.

Some of these treats have been offered in the past for short time, long ago. Some are just too pricey and time consuming, like our Pastrami. Some are just too messy, like the Beignets. Some are just better on special occasions. In any case, none of these are offered on our menu. Get it or lose out forever!

This will be a relaxing dinner with seating indoors or on our patio. Take your time, we are limiting this to just 50 people, so you can start at 5 pm and snack your way to 7 pm.

Spanish rice and Key Lime Pie

This week Chef Robert ended up in Jalisco, Mexico the birthplace of Birria. We went with beef, since we are not overrun with goats like they were. Everything else we follow the old traditions and make this from scratch. Consume like this takes many, many hours. This is sure to sell out, so get your tickets soon. Robert will make time to sit down and Birria and all things food!
